The law is on your side. The paperwork isn't.

You can file a consumer complaint yourself, no lawyer needed. But dates scattered across chats and tickets, months of payments to add up, a strict format, page numbers, annexure labels and an index that has to match: that's where most people give up. For a ₹15,000 refund, an advocate usually costs more than the amount you're fighting for. That's what companies count on.

From your phone to filed, in a day

The paperwork is the hard part. We do that part.

  1. Upload your evidence

Bills, payment proof, emails, WhatsApp chats, complaint tickets, photos. PDFs and phone screenshots both work.

  2. Answer six questions

Who is filing, your address, what you want back. The rest is read from your documents.

  3. Get your bundle

Dates in order, payments added up, the right District Commission, every page numbered, every annexure stamped.

  4. Sign and file

Print, sign, get the affidavit notarised, and upload on e-Jagriti. Our guide shows which file goes in which slot.

Why not a template, or a lawyer?

Both work. Here's the trade-off.

How we handle your documents

Your bills and chats are personal. Here's exactly what happens to them.

Stored encrypted, in India

Your files are encrypted in storage and in transit, on servers in India.

Read by AI, checked by a person

An AI service reads your documents to prepare your filing. They are not used to train AI models. During testing, a person checks every bundle.

Only you can open your case

Private storage, your own login with optional two-step verification, and download links that expire.

Deleted when you're done

Automatically 90 days after delivery, or earlier whenever you ask. If you don't go ahead after uploading, within 48 hours.

We're opening to a few people a day while we test. Tell us about your case and we'll message you when your slot opens. Don't send documents yet.

Questions

Do I need a lawyer?

No. The Consumer Protection Act lets you file and argue your own complaint. We prepare and organise your documents; you check them, sign, and file yourself. For complicated matters, we recommend speaking to an advocate.

Which cases can you prepare?

Complaints before a District Consumer Commission where the amount you paid is up to ₹50 lakh: defective products, refunds not given, services not delivered, rentals and subscriptions, e-commerce, travel. Complaints are normally filed within two years of the problem.

What do I still have to do?

Read the bundle and confirm every fact is true, sign the marked pages, get the affidavit notarised, and upload the files on e-Jagriti. We give you a guide for each step.

Can't I just ask an AI chatbot?

You can get decent paragraphs that way. The hard part is everything around them: every date and amount exactly right across dozens of documents, payments added up, pages numbered so the index matches, annexures stamped, and the bundle split for the portal. That's what we do, and every fact is checked against your documents.

Is this legal advice?

No. We're not a law firm and we don't give opinions on whether you'll win. We prepare documents for people who are filing their own cases.
